How To Use KMS Tacky Boards To Ship Springs:

Tacky board, also known as sticky board or adhesive board, is a type of paperboard that has a tacky adhesive coating on one or both sides. This adhesive surface can help to hold items in place during shipping and handling, making it a popular choice for packaging delicate or irregularly shaped items such as springs.

Here's how tacky board can be used to pack and ship springs:

1. Order KMS Tacky Board in a size slightly smaller than the box you intend to use to ship your springs.

2. Apply the tacky board to the shipping box: Peel off the backing from the tacky board and carefully apply it to the bottom of the shipping box.

3. Arrange the springs on the tacky board: Place the springs on the tacky board in the desired arrangement, making sure they are spaced evenly and not touching each other.

4. Apply a second layer of tacky board (optional): If desired, you can apply a second layer of tacky board on top of the springs to hold them in place more securely.

5. Close the box and seal it: Once the springs are securely in place on the tacky board, close the shipping box and seal it with packing tape.
